How to exchange or return your piece of jewellery

You can always exchange or return your jewellery piece within the exchange deadline, which is 30 days.

I have my own return portal which ensures an easy exchange and returns for your jewellery. The return shipping costs €5, and you’ll receive a Track & Trace number, which allows you to follow your package along the way.

Please feel free to read my guide here, and when you are ready to exchange or return your jewellery, simply press the button below:

1. Enter your order number and zip code stated at the time of purchase
2. Pick the piece of jewellery that you wish to exchange or return. You’ll get the option to exchange it to a digital voucher or get the money refunded to the payment card used at purchase
3. When you have exchanged or returned the jewellery you’d like, press the button “done”
4. Enter your information, so that I can send your return code via email. I’ll also need your address, so I know where to send your beautiful new jewellery pieces
5. Wrap the jewellery pieces securely in the packaging, in which you’ve received the jewellery in. Attach the return label to the package and hand in the package at a drop-of point. I'll email you with directions to the ones closest to you.
